Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing both individual and group evidence-based therapy sessions.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, maintaining accurate medical documentation with proper coding (ICD-10/9), and monitoring treatment effectiveness are key responsibilities.

Candidates must hold valid licenses such as LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, with experience in substance use disorders and knowledge of applied behavior analysis.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Willingness to train candidates with provisional licenses is required.
