Job Description

The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensuring quality services according to physicians’ orders and resident care plans.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, supervising staff, reporting abnormal findings, managing shift operations, and following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications require graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
