Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Primary Care team in San Antonio, TX.

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Perform routine physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
  • Promote preventive care and wellness strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with healthcare regulations.
