Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician for an on-site role with no residency, weekend, or evening hours.
Provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts intake and assessments, and develops treatment plans. Refers clients to community resources and collaborates with mental health teams and agencies. Maintains thorough documentation and supports patient discharge planning. Requires an active NYS license or limited permit in social work or mental health counseling, with ongoing licensure renewal.
