Job Description

Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to provide long-term care in Illinois.

Opportunity for PMHNPs, APNs, or PAs in multiple locations with access to supervision and case discussion with two board-certified psychiatrists, ideal for new or experienced providers.

Looking for passionate team players with empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Full-time or part-time roles with competitive pay ($120k-$140k), bonuses ($5k-$10k), and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.

Requirements include Illinois licensure (or in process), Master’s degree, prescriptive authority, BCLS certification, and willingness to travel to facilities. Preferred certifications include PMHNP board certification and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure.

Responsibilities involve patient assessments, care planning, documentation, team collaboration, and patient education.
