Job Description

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time (30+ hours) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPPs).

This role involves diagnosing and treating youth with acute, episodic, or chronic psychiatric conditions, with a mix of virtual and in-person work based in Bath, NY, covering Steuben & Chemung Counties. Candidates anywhere in Upstate NY with flexible commuting are considered, with mileage reimbursement.

Essential functions include evaluating patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, prescribing medication, providing education, maintaining documentation, and on-call coverage. The position requires an active NYS Nurse Practitioner license, RN license, and relevant experience.

Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, driving, and occasional exposure to environmental hazards. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, based on experience, for a 30-hour week.
