Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner at a Family Health Care Center.


  • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, current Illinois license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of experience.

  • Responsibilities involve providing primary care across all ages, ensuring quality treatment per protocols, and developing treatment plans. A focus on geriatric medicine and occupational health follow-up is desired.

  • Schedule is full-time, four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Position offers hourly pay ranging from $55.50 to $80.48, dependent on experience, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and more.

  • Work is in person at the hospital’s Family Health Care Center in Salem, Illinois.
