Physician (MD/DO) – Psychiatry – General/Other in Bronx, NY

Job Description

Seeking a Psychiatry MD for a full-time locum position in Bronx, NY.

The role involves treating depression and anxiety within an outpatient collaborative care model, providing short-term psychotherapy to children (5+), adolescents, adults, families, and couples using supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, PST, and CBT.

Schedule: Fridays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (one shift/week), no weekends, no call.

Qualifications include NY license or ability to obtain quickly, bilingual in Spanish preferred, and sensitivity to diverse cultural and social issues.
