Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Med/Surg Tele – 4th Floor (GI/Ger) unit in Portland, Texas.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a med/surg tele setting, including GI and geriatric populations.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
