The Nurse Manager at the East Corinth Clinic is a full-time, exempt role combining clinical nursing and practice management.
Provides direct patient care, including triage, immunizations, and health education, while supporting staff and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow, and resource allocation, collaborating with leadership to improve quality and compliance. Supervises, mentors, and supports nursing and administrative staff, participating in recruitment and performance management. Requires an RN or LPN license in Vermont, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary or community health, and supervisory skills.
