Job Description

Seeking a full-time Children’s Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LCMHC) for our Huntersville, NC clinic.

Provide therapy for children, families, and group sessions, utilizing DSM to develop treatment plans.

Work with pediatric diagnoses such as autism, behavioral issues, and mental health conditions.

Flexible schedule with after-school hours preferred.

Minimum one year pediatric therapy experience required; familiarity with insurance paneling is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $72,000 annually, depending on licensure. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development.
