Seeking a experienced FNP or Physician Assistant with leadership experience for a busy ER in Salem, VA.

  • Annual ED volume: 45K
  • Hospital beds: 506
  • Physician coverage: 40 hours/week
  • NP/PA coverage: 46 hours/week

Facility: LewisGale Medical Center, a 506-bed hospital part of a system with multiple hospitals and centers, accredited as a chest pain center and recognized for quality.

Community: Salem is a scenic small city in Roanoke County, VA, offering low cost of living, excellent schools, and outdoor recreation, located near Blacksburg and Greensboro.

Details: Full-time position with salary $145K-$200K, benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and bonus pay. Requires 1+ year of multisite leadership experience; DEA preferred. Position is in person.
