RN – Medical Clinic Supervisor

Job Description

Assume clinical responsibility and oversee nursing support staff, ensuring compliance with all clinical policies and standards of state and federal regulations.

Lead and supervise clinical support staff through scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.

Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, facilitating meetings, documenting discussions, and assisting with policy development.

Conduct intake interviews, manage clinical procedures, and address patient complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Collaborate with the Clinical Informatics Manager to analyze quality reports and support clinical training.

Provide orientation for new staff and assist in policy revisions.

Qualifications include RN licensure, with 2-5 years of experience preferred.

Pay ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and loan repayment.

Work involves in-person responsibilities and travel as needed.
