Work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) on a 7-on/7-off schedule, managing an average of 15–18 patients per night. Responsibilities include managing rapid responses and codes, collaborating with APPs, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. ICU care is provided by the ICU team; no procedures are required.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates or experienced physicians working toward Board Certification, with a valid NY license and DEA, and a clean malpractice history. Local candidates within 30 miles are not eligible, and locums or visa candidates are not accepted.
