Job Description
The registered nurse independently provides routine and complex patient care in a similar clinical setting, demonstrating clinical judgment and managing contingencies.
They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing emotional, psychological, cultural, and social needs.
The nurse administers medications, monitors effects, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, current RN license, BLS certification, and specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within designated time frames.
New hires participate in orientation and preceptorships, with ongoing competency verification.
This per diem role involves shift hours from 7PM to 7AM.
