Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and CMO, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services in line with protocols and policies.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing telehealth modalities. They lead care teams, coordinate referrals, and educate patients on health promotion and prevention.

They ensure compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement, and maintain accurate documentation.

Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, effective communication with staff and external agencies, and cost-effective resource management.

Qualifications include BC/BE, valid medical license, DEA, and NPI. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and requires in-person work in North Hollywood, CA, with relocation before start.
