Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality services in line with protocols and policies.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing patient-centered care models. They lead care teams, oversee patient documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Additional duties involve patient education, coordinating referrals, participating in after-hours rotations, and supporting clinic programs. The role requires effective communication, administrative oversight, and fiscal responsibility, including cost-effective prescribing and documentation.

Qualifications include BC/BE, valid medical license, DEA, and NPI, with Spanish proficiency preferred. The position is full-time, based in North Hollywood, CA, offering competitive salary and benefits, including health coverage, loan forgiveness, and professional development.
