Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Music Therapist to join our healthcare team, using evidence-based techniques to enhance emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being across diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, autism, and recovery from addiction or injury.


  • Develop and implement personalized music therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Conduct individual and group sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and billing standards.
  • Provide specialized therapy for specific populations and facilitate supportive activities.
  • Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.


    • Requirements: Certification as an MT-BC, experience with diverse populations, knowledge of behavioral therapy, medical documentation, and the ability to adapt approaches for all ages. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential. This is a flexible, in-person, contractual 1099 role requiring passing background and drug screens.
