Psychotherapist

Job Description

The Psychotherapist is a key member of the Clinical Team, providing advanced skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients aged six to late adulthood.

Develops therapeutic relationships and offers individual, group, or family therapy as needed.

Provides clinical consultation, case management, and advocacy for clients, recommending support services upon discharge.

Participates in treatment conferences, completes required paperwork, and offers education to clients and families.

May supervise interns or qualified staff and engage in ongoing professional development.

Utilizes critical thinking, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields; current Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, IMFT); valid Ohio driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification; ongoing CEUs.

Position details: Full-time, in-person, salary range $65,000-$80,000 annually.
