Job Description

The Psychotherapist is a key member of the Clinical Team, providing advanced skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients aged six to late adulthood.

  • Develops therapeutic relationships and offers individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
  • Provides clinical consultation, case management, and advocacy for clients, recommending support services upon discharge.
  • Participates in treatment conferences, completes required paperwork, and offers education to clients and families.
  • May supervise interns or qualified staff and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Utilizes critical thinking, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields; current Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, IMFT); valid Ohio driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification; ongoing CEUs.

    Position details: Full-time, in-person, salary range $65,000-$80,000 annually.
