coverage from 6/17/26 – 11/27/26.

One provider requested

Outpatient

No Call or Weekends

Dates Needed:

June 22-26

Aug. 3-7

Nov. 1 wk, (Not Thanksgiving week)

Shift: Mon. – Fri. 8a-5p

PPS: 8

4 Bed Dept.

Hospital Stroke Certified

Overtime after 40 hours per week.

Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, PA/NPs TBD, Office staff

No teaching or supervision required.

EMR: EPIC

Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form

Malpractice insurance provided.
