We provide comprehensive behavioral health services focused on education, advocacy, and system integration to support holistic community well-being.


  • Positions available: Therapist I and Therapist II, reporting to the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director.
  • Therapist I requires a Master’s degree and current Counselor Associate licensure; Therapist II requires a Master’s degree and an independent clinical license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
  • Responsibilities include delivering clinical services to individuals and groups, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care, with experience in serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree, counseling experience, eligibility for licensure, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Position offers full-time employment with a salary range of $59,633 – $74,588 annually, along with benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development.
  • Work location is in person in Port Townsend, WA.
