Positions available: Therapist I and Therapist II, reporting to the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director. Therapist I requires a Master’s degree and current Counselor Associate licensure; Therapist II requires a Master’s degree and an independent clinical license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW). Responsibilities include delivering clinical services to individuals and groups, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care, with experience in serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders preferred. Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree, counseling experience, eligibility for licensure, and strong organizational and collaboration skills. Position offers full-time employment with a salary range of $59,633 – $74,588 annually, along with benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development. Work location is in person in Port Townsend, WA.
