Positions available: Therapist I and Therapist II, reporting to the Clinical Director or Assistant. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a salary range of $59,633–$74,588/year with benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.


  • Therapist I requires a master’s degree and Counselor Associate licensure, gaining experience for full licensure.
  • Therapist II requires a master’s degree and an independent clinical license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).


    • Responsibilities include providing clinical services to individuals and groups, developing treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards, coordinating with agencies, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have experience with serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and behavioral health challenges, with strong organizational and collaboration skills. Position located in Port Townsend, WA, with in-person work required.
