Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN – Telemetry in Springfield, IL, to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

• Monitor and assess cardiac and vital signs of telemetry patients
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
