Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown in Cleveland, OH, offering $2,699/week.

• Provide specialized nursing care to post-surgical patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess clinical conditions, and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
