About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Emergency Medicine PA in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, 01230!

We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine NP/PA for a locum assignment in Great Barrington, MA at a Critical Access Hospital. The provider will work in an 8-bed Emergency Department managing approximately 45 patients per day across pediatric to geriatric populations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive ED patient evaluation and management, EKG interpretation, collaboration with supervising physicians (onsite), and coordination with consulting specialties. The APP will not work autonomously and will have physician support at all times. Strong multidisciplinary and specialty backup available.

Shift Timings:

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• No call
• No weekend requirement

Requirements

• Board Certified NCCPA (PA)  – Required
• Active Massachusetts License – Required prior to start
• ACLS Certification – Required
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Room experience – Required
• Self-Query NPDB (within current month) – Required
• Ability to meet 30-minute on-call physician response bylaw requirement
