Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Med/Surg Tele – 4th Floor (GI/Ger) team in Bishop, Texas.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating treatments for adult patients with GI and geriatric conditions.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
