Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Voyage LTC is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in our five homes across the Oklahoma City metro area.

*Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) *
*Location: Oklahoma City Metro Area *
*Responsibilities: *
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
* Provide evidence-based therapy services to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
* Educate staff, residents, and families on communication strategies and techniques.
* Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
*Qualifications: *
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Oklahoma.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
* Experience working with geriatric population and in long-term care settings preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: $43.00 – $46.00 per hour
