Licensed Therapist either LCSW or LMFT/LMFT Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Therapist to join our adolescent residential treatment team.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to residents, developing tailored treatment plans.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to regulations.

Engage families through education, support, and family therapy sessions.

Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, current licensure (LMFT, LCSW), and at least 1 year of adolescent therapy experience.
