*Summary*
We are seeking PRN Outpatient Therapists to join our team at The Redpoint Center, Geeley location. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. Your expertise will be vital in fostering recovery and promoting well-being within our community. This position is to cover 1-2 groups a week and potentially an OP caseload of individual visits.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients in an outpatient setting.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
* Utilize crisis management techniques to support clients in distress.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and resources for clients.
* Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies.
*Requirements*
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field or a provisional license in mental health counseling.
* Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor is required.
* Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
* Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in therapy.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
