Orthopedics APP Opportunity in West Texas

Practice Overview

• Join a team with 1 MD and 1 Rad Tech, supported by front and back staff
• Work directly with an Orthopedics and Sports Medicine MD
• First midlevel position at the Center for Health and Wellness
• No call responsibility; focus on clinic and surgical assist duties

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm; Wednesday afternoons reserved for admin
• Assist in OR on Fridays; no weekend call duties
• Start with 10-12 patients per day, increasing to 22-25
• Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $115,000 with potential for $125,000 including quality measures
• $10k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
• Health, dental, and vision insurance included
• Retirement plan with 3% matching after one year

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed APP and open to new grads or some experience
• Interest in sports medicine is a plus
• Eligible for H1B Visa; American and International graduates welcome
