We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the LGH B41 Oncology Unit, working full-time from 7p-7a in Lynchburg, VA.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, manage symptoms, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
Support patient and family education to promote understanding and comfort.
