Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision.
Ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through examinations, assessments, and treatment planning, utilizing telehealth when needed. Leads care teams, promotes preventive services, and educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Manages acute and chronic conditions, reviews test results, and coordinates referrals, ensuring documentation complies with legal standards. Maintains regulatory compliance, participates in quality improvement, and oversees clinic policies and procedures. Fosters effective communication among staff, outside agencies, and patients, ensuring confidentiality and teamwork. Practices cost-effective medicine and ensures accurate billing and documentation. The role offers a full-time position with competitive salary, benefits, and requires licensure, DEA certification, and bilingual skills (preferred). The work is primarily in person at North Hollywood, CA, with a requirement to relocate before starting.
