Job Description
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in post-acute care settings within your community.
Proficiently manage and coordinate patient care, including conducting rounds, documenting in electronic medical records, and communicating with staff and physicians.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring accurate records, billing, and compliance with policies.
Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or related fields preferred.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person position with an occasional on-call schedule.
