The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans. Key duties include conducting assessments, delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves working closely with clients, families, and staff to promote emotional well-being and behavioral health, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing staff training. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, and ≥2 years of relevant experience. Skills include crisis management, teamwork, and proficiency with EMR systems. The position is full-time, based in Enid, OK, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement, offering a salary of $90,000-$110,000. Must be able to work day/night shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and relocate if necessary.
