Seeking a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver care in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Corsicana, Texas. No weekend, night, holiday, or on-call hours.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, managing chronic and acute conditions, ordering diagnostics, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Providing resident and family education, participating in quality initiatives, and maintaining detailed documentation are essential.

Requirements: Current Texas licensure and board certification as NP, geriatric care experience preferred, strong communication skills, proficiency in EMR systems, and ability to travel regionally.
