Job Description
We are seeking a licensed LADC to provide clinical services for adults, including group and individual therapy, treatment planning, and care coordination.
Responsibilities include maintaining 245g compliant documentation, ensuring client safety, and representing the agency positively in the community.
Candidates should have experience with community-based programs, co-occurring disorders, and proficiency in the 12 core functions.
Requirements include a MN LADC or ADC-T license, 12 hours in Co-Occurring Disorders, and a clean substance use history for at least two years.
Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience working with co-occurring disorders.
This full-time role offers $55,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits like health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Must be able to work in Grand Rapids, MN, and relocate if necessary.
