Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a 6-month contract at a correctional facility in Tehachapi, CA, with potential for extension or permanent placement.

Flexible full-time or part-time hours, including 8- or 10-hour shifts, with options for W2 or I9 employment.

Compensation ranges from $72.00 to $77.00 hourly, plus sign-on, extension, and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and weekly direct deposit pay. All pre-employment costs are covered.

Requirements include at least 12 months of post-licensure experience, an active CA LMFT license, and legal ability to practice in California.

Key responsibilities involve conducting mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, therapy sessions, and documentation. In-person work is required, with relocation preferred before start.
