This Physical Therapist position involves evaluating and treating patients in Rehab and LTAC hospital settings, with responsibilities including initial and discharge assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress.
You will educate patients, families, and staff, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and manage equipment needs.
The role includes mentoring interns and participating in skills checks.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral preferred), GA PT licensure or eligibility, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of rehab experience. Basic computer skills are necessary.
