Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and family education tailored to developmental levels and learning needs.

Evaluating and communicating patient care outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Delivering complex care, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.

Participating in professional growth, unit goals, quality improvement, and promoting a safe environment.

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, planning care with families, and addressing cultural considerations.

Engaging in research to enhance practice.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, night-shift role offers onsite work in a hospital environment. Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of background or identity.
