Counselor-Substance Use Treatment/ LADC or CADC

Job Description

We are offering a full-time Substance Use Disorder Counselor position (LADC or CADC) at an opioid treatment program in Westbrook, Maine.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.

Facilitate individual and group counseling, provide referrals, case management, and crisis intervention.

Maintain excellent documentation and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements: Active Maine CADC or LADC license, strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to compassionate care.

Clinical hours are early mornings, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays; caseloads meet state requirements.
