We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – IMC Telemetry, to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms in the telemetry unit
  
• Providing direct patient care and implementing nursing interventions
  
• Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans
  
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
  
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely
