Join Our Hospice to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through compassionate palliative care. We offer a supportive environment, professional growth, and the chance to serve seriously ill patients in home, inpatient, or outpatient settings.

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an MSN, valid Indiana license, and driver’s license. Preferred experience includes hospice, palliative medicine, or clinical practice.

The NP will:

  • Manage symptoms and improve quality of life through assessments, interventions, and collaboration with physicians
  • Conduct visits across various settings and coordinate care with the team
  • Provide patient and family education on health care options and advance directives
  • Participate in team meetings, data collection, and community education
