Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Bennington, VT, and surrounding areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 4-5 days weekly. Examine patients, review records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications. Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and promote health practices.
