Job Description
Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Bennington, VT, and nearby areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 4-5 days weekly.
Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on health, disease prevention, and management.
Maintain accurate records, promote health practices, and stay updated professionally.
