Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Bennington, VT, and nearby areas.
Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, managing medical records, ordering diagnostic tests, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
Provide wellness visits, medication reconciliation, and monitor overall patient health 4-5 days weekly.
