Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our ENT team in Las Cruces, NM.

Founded in 2009, our organization has expanded from a rural ENT practice to serve underserved communities across New Mexico, Texas, and nationwide, with a focus on sinus, allergy, hearing, and nasal airway care.

The APP will collaborate with surgeons to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for all ages, including managing office procedures, diagnostics, post-op care, and patient education.

Responsibilities include interpreting tests, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, developing care plans, documenting encounters, and supporting practice growth, including telemedicine.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited APP program, eligible for NM licensing, with preferred ENT experience.
