Job Description

Full-time Nurse Practitioner position focused on hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho.

  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for patients with advanced or terminal conditions.
  • Conducts home visits in private residences or care facilities, emphasizing advanced care planning and symptom management to support aging in place.
  • Works closely with hospice teams to ensure continuity of care, including face-to-face visits for regulatory compliance.

    The role requires valid NP licensure in Idaho and/or Oregon, a driver’s license, and willingness to obtain licensure in both states if only licensed in one.

    The position is based in Meridian, ID, with some travel, and offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 per year.
