Full-time Nurse Practitioner position focused on hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho.

We are a locally owned, women- and Veteran-owned small business emphasizing relationships, compassion, and community.

The NP collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including home visits, advanced care planning, and symptom management for patients with terminal or progressive conditions.

Benefits include competitive salary ($100,000-$130,000), health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications: valid NP license in Idaho and Oregon (or willingness to obtain), unencumbered license, driver’s license, and willingness to travel (75%).

Work is in person in Meridian, ID, with a Monday to Friday schedule, requiring relocation if needed.
