Full-time Nurse Practitioner position focused on hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho.

Responsibilities include conducting patient visits, advanced care planning, symptom management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications required: valid NP license for Idaho and/or Oregon, willingness to obtain licensing if only licensed in one state, active driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
