Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate hospice, palliative, and house call care in the Treasure Valley area.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, including advanced care planning and symptom management.
  • Conduct in-home visits in private residences and care facilities, ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Work in a locally owned, women- and Veteran-owned organization that values relationships, community, and employee growth.
